Today, I am a certified coach from Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd. I am a wife, a mother and a corporate Human Resources professional working at a global company.
In the last fifteen years I’ve worked in in the areas of recruitment, learning and development, and organizational transformation: designing talent development solutions, building organization-wide HR strategies, training hundreds of people, guiding professionals at all levels with their career choices.

Coaching is about having the space in which you feel empowered to determine the direction of your growth, and to set your own level and type of challenge. My role is to partner with you and to hold you accountable to your own standards.
Mentoring is about receiving feedback on your ideas or plans from someone who has “been there, done that”. My role is to be your source of valuable information, provide you with theoretical models and advice to support your learning and decision making.
